RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES:
- Exchanges will be honoured for 30 days from date of purchase. If an exchange is required (ie. sizing/unsatisfaction), customer will be responsible for all shipping expenses. Please email us with the following details: Name, Date package is being returned, size/item you would like to exchange it for. (Please note we do not accept refunds at this time, only on damaged/faulty items). Sale items or gift cards can not be exchanged.
REFUNDS:
- Refunds will be honoured on damaged/faulty days from date of purchase. Please inspect your package once it arrives for any flaws and If items appear damaged or faulty upon arrival, please email us a picture of the item aswell as order number. We will provide a shipping label for the item to be returned to us and will provide an exchange for a product at equal value or provide a full refund.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned damaged item(s), and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Sale items and gift cards can not be refunded, and refunds are only applicable on damaged items.
